Olympic champ Micheal Phelps eat a total of 12,000 calories ad day! It could kill you and me if we eat 12,000 calories a day. His breakfast consists of 3 fried egg sandwitches with cheese, tomatoes, lettuce, fried onion and mayonnaise, 3 chocolate-chip pancakes, a 5 egg omelette, 3 sugar-coated slices of french toast, a bowl of grits and 2 cups of coffee.
His lunch consists of half a kilogram of enriched pasta, 2 large ham and cheese sandwitches with mayonnaise on white bread and energy drinks. Last but not least his winning appetite is capped with half a kilogram of pasta with carbonara sauce, a large pizza and more energy drinks for dinner! So wad do you al think??? I mean his breakfast alone is probably more than wad we eat for the whole day!!! For normal men its daily intake calories is between 2,500 to 3,000 only, you see i told you'll he's not human at all!!!
Phelps is estimated to burn 1,000 calories per hour during swimming training and with a training schedule that last five days a week his seemingly outrageous appetite can definitely be excused... no wonder he is so slim, but strong!
